Axians is a network and telecom operator (conception, integration, mainenance and consulting).

From February 2007 to July 2007 (6 months), I tested and qualifyed new equipments of Cisco Unifyed Communication Manager environment and took part in customer's projects.

Achievements:
- Engineering of Cisco Unifyed Communication Manager based customer solutions
- Pre-sales engineering (customer needs analysis and technical solution propositions)
- Technological testing and revew:
--> Cisco Unifyed Communication Manager and its environment (Voice mail, Presence, Wifi, IVR…)
--> SIP on CCM 5.x (Symbian and Windows Mobile dual Mode phones, SIPphones, telesurveillance )
--> Microsoft Office Communications 2007

Sector: Telecom - Internet Products and Services

From April 2006 to August 2006 (5 months), I had to maintain B3G offer up to date setting up new services and approving new equipments. I also provided the support for two new solutions.

Achievements:
- Tested and validated services and network equipments on a Cirpack VoIP architecture
- Tested and validated WiFi phones and GSM-WiFi soft phones based on SIP protocol for innovative mobility solutions
- Designed and implemented innovative solutions for customers
- Provided the support of a beta-test solution for a 150000 prospected user reseller
- Documented the deployed architectures and organised and conducted internal training

I was in charge of Improving, optimizing and creating Excel project management tools (~800 lines) as part of a team

Achievements:
- Improved and optimized an existing Excel project management tool based on existing required improvements
- Suggested and supported and created new functionalities
- Gathered user requirements for a new service management tool
- Developed the service management tool
- Wrote the relevant documentation for traceability and support (Specifications, Design Document, Users’ Manual)

I was a recruitment and promotion assistant during a student recruitment period.
- Presented the school facilities and program to applicants
- Organised the admission exams
- Interviewed applicants with professors
- Graded applicants based on their motivation, skills and personnality
