Responsible for the reorganization of the Oilfield Operations : Mainly in the area of Personnel and Material Mobilization. Control of our logistic flows to offshore FPSO's and Petroleum platforms where our projects are located.

• Ensure a reliable coordination between the various subcontractors and clients in Angola (7 major clients: TOTAL, BP, ExxonMobil, Sonangol, Chevron-Texaco, SAIPEM, Ponticelli).
• Develop a Production Plan and optimize Cost Reductions considering our Clients' sensitivity to prices, inventory levels and logistics scenarios.
• Create and implement internal logistic IT systems.
• Train a new Logistic Team and improve its efficiency.
