CECILE SIMORRE

I have more than 10 years of experience in HR operations, development and consulting in multicultural environments.

Before joining DDI, I had developed training projects and set up a training center in South America for a businees school. Furthermore, as a headhunting consultant, I led European projects with middle and top managers for High Tech and Internet companies and took part in assessment centers for sales team in the automotive field. During the last 3 years, I have also coached executives in their career transition, especially finance managers.
I am bilingual in French and Spanish and fluent in English and Italian.
