Objective: The Electronic Distribution department is responsible for the smooth running and the data integrity of the CRS and reservation systems attached to this system such as corporate websites, hotel websites, GDSs, 3rd party internet partners and call centres.

Responsibilities:
• Ensures the hotels are properly represented on this global platform and furthermore ensures that hotels are optimally using and benefiting from this powerful distribution system.
• Responsible for GDSs database maintenance for existing/new hotels, looking for missing/incorrect information to improve hotel information. Optimization of the revenue from GDSs.
• Contributed revenue recommendations as a CRS, Inventory distribution.
• Maintain global revenue reporting system, analyse trend and booking patterns per hotel, per area and per country.
• Collect and supervising data loading (RFP, property information and policies, photos…)
• Give training sessions on Central Reservation Systems to internal and external staff.
• Assist Regional Manager and Hotels with CRS, GDS and Internet queries to maximise the revenue.
• Maintain a current knowledge of database changes and technological advancements in all GDS, Pegasus, and Lanyon.
• Develop and maintain relationships with regional Offices, Reservations department managers hotels, travel agents, Utell Worldwide call centres, GDS vendors.
• Develop Interface between PMS /CRS and RMS.
