With a Master's degree in Management and almost three years working experience in France and in China in the HR and training field, I am now developing my career as a consultant in personal development and cultural intelligence.
I am currently based in Beijing.
I have conducted projects as project manager as well as trainer for clients such as the British Embassy, Aramark, SAP, France Telecom, ConocoPhillips, Nokia, Novonordisk, the British Council.
My working languages are both English and Chinese.
My plan is to develop in the HR/consulting area and later become an expert in international management and cultural intelligence.

Metizo is an international company with offices in Paris, Beijing and Marseille. It is specialized in providing personal development services and learning programs to individuals, schools and companies. Metizo's learning philosophy is based on recognition of individual differences in defining "success" according to life goals, values and interests. Metizo has partnerships with international companies, business schools and recruitment firms to provide certificate programs using its training methods and content.

As a Certification Manager I manage the logistics and quality of Metizo Certificate, usually by working closely with a client such as a university or a company. I ensure quality according to Metizo standards and the client’s requirements. I am responsible for the validation of the process.

As a trainer I specialize in cross-cultural communication. I have designed and facilitated trainings for the British Embassy, Beijing and Aramark in China.

As a training consultant I designed and managed a 6 days Cross-cultural Training Program involving 70 participants for the British Embassy in Beijing .

Helped the company settling down in Beijing by designing and implementing the company’s HR system and tools: organized recruitment, designed and implemented a process of personal files management, wrote HR Manual and labor contracts, became familiar with Chinese labor law, designed and implemented the performance appraisal system.

Led interviews and prepared a report with recommendations on how to adjust the American style of management to the Chinese cultural specificities.
