At UCB Pharma, I have the overall strategic responsibility of a biologic drug in the mid-sized markets in Europe (Netherlands, Belgium, Nordics, Austria, Switzerland, Greece, Portugal, Central & Eastern EU), with the objective of launching UCB's first biologic medicine in highly debilitating diseases for patients in Crohn's disease and Rheumatology. Previously, I spent most of my career with GlaxoSmithKline, where I held various sales & marketing positions in France, USA and Europe. My key strength is the ability to lead and inspire teams in a matrix and challenging environment to drive focus and innovation.
