Catherine BRESSON CHARRON
Information System Management
Rueil Malmaison - France
| After ten years experience in information systems related to back office functions (including five in Vivendi group), I joined in 2000 the Head office of the Group. As the Head of Group IT, I led the complete redesign of the information system. After the merge between Vivendi and Universal, I took the responsibility to manage integration of Universal subsidiaries from application perspectives. I joined Pechiney early 2003 and took the responsibilities to develop a SAP skills centre for the support of back office functions. I also took an active role in Pechiney - Alcan integration for finance applications and I managed the implementation of the Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) for shared services. Since 2007, I provide assistances to companies, which have implemented norms as SOX and help them to manage change, prepare future audit and ensure sustainability of standards. I can now comfortably assist any international corporation in managing their projects. I’m Vice-President of 3i3s association - International Independent Institute for Space and Satellite Solutions - for Corporate relations. |
