Although food-processing industry multiplies the allegations health, the nutritionnist seems to be the guarantor of the information intended for general public. The nutrition becomes an essential tool of the receipt and communication. I am specially interested by the interface between scientific research and the business stakes via marketing and communication skills. Indeed, I wish to work both with the teams of research and development, and marketing and communication, to integrate requirements nutritional throughout the production line. |
