My responsibilities include but are not limited to: Client relationship management, forecasting, project management, major account selling, rep development, reporting and data manipulation. I am reporting directly to VP of Inside Sales and work with Sales Personnel to understand requirements for additional deliverables and key objectives for successful account management and growth within the account Essential Functions: Sales Management Ensure that teams hit and exceed assigned targets each quarter. Measure performance against quotas. Monitor reps quarterly target. Build and monitor monthly benchmarks for meeting and exceeding targets. Client Management: Effectively scrub (analyse) client data and reports to determine the true business opportunity. Effectively communicate quarterly objectives to client. Create and deliver quarterly business review presentations. Assisted sales in expanding business. Worked closely with client contacts on reporting and forecasting. Suggested areas for client growth opportunities. Data Management: Closely monitored data in our internal systems. Manage expired business. Closely monitored unresolved business and implanted strategies to resolve. Created and implemented territory opportunities for team. Team Management: Built sales team and staff according to the specific business requirements. Responsible for creation of rep reviews and executes delivery. Assigned quotas, incentives and campaigns. Drove call coaching strategy and feedback for reps. Developed reinforcement training practices for reps in conjunction with Director of training. Worked with team leader to effectively train reps. Worked in conjunction with team lead to analyze performance forecasts. Other Responsibilities: Reviewed reporting procedures and processes. Responsible for maintaining constant funnel for sales. Overall resource management responsibility. Maintained overall health of sales organization ensuring high morale and employee satisfaction levels. Worked with Marketing to develop materials, with a focus on strategic programs and client acquisition. My role required clear and concise communication and influence in regards to the corporate business plan and execution of agreed upon objectives. Required to proactively provide strategic insight to VP regarding Inside Sales on client opportunities. I am currently working for an outsourcing company and provide outsourcing sales solution to help technology companies to maximize revenue from maintenance renewals, expired contracts and complementary sales. Whether our clients sell directly or through their channel partners, I act as an extension of their sales team and seamlessly manage the entire service sales cycle with my team. Industry leading maintenance sales professionals focused on services and support contracts and its sales professionals set the industry standard for selling the value of maintenance, reducing contract discounting and up-selling customers to higher service levels. Perfected sales methodology consolidating and co-terminating contracts, to simplify renewal transactions for the corporate customer and maximize revenue for clients in the process.
