Started as a Business Intelligence consultant, then in 2000, I was given the opportunity to build-up our activities in Switzerland.
Role since the set-up of Business & Decision AG (in Zürich):
Management: President of the board of Director, P&L responsability
Accounting: Billing, salaries & Expenses control, Reporting to Head Quarter in Paris
Marketing-Communication: organise events and the communication in Switzerland, develop marketing documents, organise and maintain website.
Human Resources : recruit locally, follow-up and manage the local team
Sale : Account management, New customer research, proposal, etc...
Partnership development: develp relationship with our main partners : Hyperion, Outlooksoft, Business Objects, SAS Institute, Cognos, Oracle, Pivotal etc...
Achievements:
In 2006, the team counts 9 people
Revenue in constant gross since 2003, reaching 1.8 Million CHF in 2005.
Prestigious clients: UBS, Crédit Suisse, Sita, Novartis, British American Tobacco, Japan Tobacco International, Swiss Post, Carlson Wagonlits Travel, European Lung Foundation, European Respiratory Society, Galderma Switzerland
