EuroTriade was created in Germany in 1989 and deals with HR Consulting projects on the Franco-German axis mainly in Germany. In 1998, a French subsidiary emerged in order to do the same type of projects in France. This activity is concentrated on the recruitment of Franco-German profiles for all type of customers (European MNCs). In 2005, the Romanian subsidiary was created. EuroTriade has partnerships in Russia and China. EuroTriade HR Management Consultancy Private Limited has been operating in India for the last year.

Due to the markets globalization and the effects of relocation to emerging countries, the demands of the customers took a direction above the Franco-German frame.
During the last years, this demand has grown drastically, particularly in the areas where we are the most active which are the automotive/ancillaries and services sectors.

Sector: Human Resources and recruiting

* Optimize in a continuous way the sourcing means / plans in order to improve the performance and the quality (i.e. searching of new suppliers and manufacturers/tailors, material selection, update of the digital database, validation of the technical solutions)

* Assure on a daily basis the good proceeding of the orders coming from France via a specially dedicated website (order dispatching, in process control, quality control, logistic follow-up)

* Research of tailoring units interested in working on the concept offer by Duppata.com (To match a specific demand from a French customer for customized product with a skilled craftsman in India able to interpret the demand).

* Management of tailoring units/tailors in order to get production as per the standard given by Duppata.com France as well as in charge of the full fabric selection & photo shooting.

* Set up of a new system of related to the measurements and implementation of corrective action plans.

* In charge of the accounts for Duppata.com related to the Indian operations.

Sector: e-commerce and distance selling

* Logistic on the base camp for the ONGC ordered seismic survey on the Andra Pradesh Coast (Amalapuram – Kakinada).
* Follow-up of travel procedures, visa extension, accommodation management for the crew onshore and offshore, vehicle managements etc.
* In charge of the import/export procedures related to seismic equipments sent from abroad

Sector: Petroleum - Exploration - Production - Refining

* In Charge for providing consultancy for French Systems used in Normal Operations and as an advisor in coordinating between the back-office Process Operations & Local Operations in France, Fund Managers and Other third party entities.
* Helped in setting up the end-to-end operational activities for the entire Investments unit for businesses that was transferred from Citibank–France to e-Serve International Ltd, Chennai, India.
* Coordinated in account opening with French custodians and France based Fund managers. Coordinated in movement of Citibank France customer's positions held by Natexis Banque Populaire from their custody to Citibank custody group. Preparation of COB (Continuity of Business), Audit and ISO documentations for the unit as a whole.
* Set up of a Maker / Checker Process for the Work Flow Platform used between Citibank France and the Back-Office operations for the transfer of data in an electronic form (documents, instructions).
* Training in Continuity of Business, Compliance, Anti-Money Laundry and Information Security Policies.
* Translation and training on all systems in French. Preparation of all forms used by Citibank France in a bilingual version. Preparation of Monthly, Weekly reporting metrics.
* Member of the Edito team for the weekly newsletter (French and Bilingual) of the unit
* Training of all Team members on French language and ensured that all team members are Level 1 certified.

Sector: Banking

* Consultant for the promotion of “Higher Studies in France”. In charge of the “Edufrance Desk” of Chennai that was part of a worldwide network financed by several French ministries.
* French Higher Studies were promoted through this Edufrance network.
* The Chennai Desk was organizing weekly conference within the Alliance premises and in the city in order to create awareness among the students of Chennai.
* Volumes, reports and comments on the student responses were sent on a regular basis to the French Embassy.

Sector: Professional training

* Aurobindo Pharma
Translation of the documents related to Marketing Authorization of antiretroviral therapies (package inserts, technical specifications, product leaflet, etc.).

* Orchid Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals
Translation of the pharmaceuticals agreements for the company. The commercialization of medicines in French speaking countries is subjected to several conditions. One of them states that all documents sent for approval by the Health Ministry of an African French speaking country (Mali, Ivory Coast, Senegal, Togo, Algeria, Tunisia etc…) should be done in French. Therefore, all the matriculation dossiers were being translated (product, raw material, active ingredient specifications etc., clinical & pharmacological studies, product characteristics along with all the conditioning products like vials, bottles, cartons etc…)

* Appavu Research Foundation
Translation of the documents and research papers written by Mr. V.N. Soundararajan. The foundation aim is the promotion and the information of the public on the work on Tamil poetry of His Holiness Pamban Swami.

* Alliance Française of Madras
Translator and proof-reader of technical and legal documents for the Alliance Française on a freelance basis. Part of the team which was in charge of the translation of a complete international arrest warrant/criminal investigation requested by the government of India – Shastri Bhavan. In charge of the technical translation in the pharmaceutical field

* I-Flex Solutions
Translation of promotional documents related to the I-Flex product called “Flexcube”
