He has a good knowledge of General Management, Finances, Administration, HR, IT, Services & Biotech domains & processes. After several responsibilities as large project manager, CEO for an industrial Belgium packaging company and some General Management for Recruitment specialized companies (Idealjob.com & MBA-Exchange.com), he created his own consulting company in 1997, specialized first in IT projects and since 99 in Search & Executive Search. He also developped a large international network, used for other Business activities.
He appreciates this consulting activity where he can help company and candidate to match and find the right adequation. Resistant to stress, he facilitates change and help to resolve conflicts. He wishes to direct or be part of large project, focused on new technologies or Human Research activities, within an international environment.
