Resources : The French third largest distributor of hardware, home improvement and gardening products (DIY). Over 1000 franchised stores of various sizes and formats in France, Belgium, Poland, Portugal, Canada - Turnover of € 3.5 billion, 15% of market share. Results : Formulated value-added process improvement recommendations for both development sites and store design. Created and developed a new commercial format for BRICOMARCHE and a new home improvement banner: Logimarché. Developed various label products. January 2003: Purchase of a DIY store Bricomarché (sold on January 2006). | |
