Direct and lead all local/regional operational support teams providing 24x7x365 production and application support for all IT production systems. This includes effectively prioritizing/balancing time and effort between country/remote site needs and corporate initiatives.

Oversee performance, availability, reliability and security of all production systems and networks (Local/Wide Area Networks, Voice transmission facility, communications systems and business applications) within assigned region. Proactively surface and propose solutions to IT support issues.

Ensure connectivity of all systems and services interconnecting the Timberland worldwide business to our partners, vendors and customers

Ensure key business applications meet the needs of the business by working with the Global Application Development teams, prioritized against strategies and customer needs

Work with vendors and local IT to provide high level support for all network sites in assigned region including support for: windows NT file servers, backup systems, fax servers, electronic mail systems, WAN routers, VPN switches, network management system, print servers, remote network access devices, PC to Host (AS400 Client Access) connectivity, and network client desktops and network infrastructure.

Perform or coordinate with IT vendors, any hardware and software repair & upgrades of all local and wide area network devices in order to recover from failure or to enhance/expand network capabilities.

Maintain and execute annual disaster recovery operations.

Manage software and hardware licenses and maintenance agreements as well asset management tracking.

Conduct IT feasibility studies as needed.

Responsible for monitoring service level agreements with IT service providers and business partners in assigned region.

Ensure connectivity of all systems and services interconnecting the Timberland worldwide business to our partners, vendors and customers .

Excellent communication and leadership skills;Strong relationship building, communication, prioritization, and conflict resolution skills.Able to effectively communicate with all levels from sr. business leaders to system users.
