	Swiftcall provides low cost international telephone calls, and currently employs 30 employees. I first was employed by Swiftcall as a Telesales Operator in September 1999. I now work as a HR Officer and an Accounts Assistant in Swiftcall. These complementary roles give me an overview of the telecommunication market in which Swiftcall is thriving. My HR duties relates to Health and Safety, Pay Review Administaraiton, Company policies and procedures, Training, Payroll..... My Accounts duties cover Sales and Suppliers ledgers, Bank Reconciliation, Sales Reconciliation, Vat Liablility (VAT 3, PRSI/PAYE), Petty Cash Management....
