I achieved a laurea (Italian 5 years university course) in Computer Science and I have perfected my academic background with a university master on ICT management. Yet during my studies at the university, I started my professional career working for consultancy companies in the software development and Information Technology’s sector.
For my thesis I have worked in the R&D division of IBM Italy where I had the opportunity to deal with Grid Computing technologies by leveraging the research and innovation capabilities of a big and innovative multinational corporation like IBM. The results of my work obtained a great interest in the scientific community of my university. In fact, when I finished my graduation, I worked with the INFN-Grid department in order to build a research group inside the University of Milan Bicocca with specific knowledge on these themes.
Just after the achievement of my laurea, I have started working in the ICT sector where I had the opportunity to do significant experiences and to develop my professional skills. My technical and technological knowledge permitted me to participate and lead complex and innovative projects. While working as a consultant, I had the opportunity to deal about different aspects about project management and about the analysis of user requirements and software solutions. My experience as a business analyst permitted me to deal more and more about functional aspects and to go beyond the technical part of my job.
At this moment, I am working in the ICT division of Banca Popolare Italiana, one of the ten bigger banks in Italy. In this job position I coordinate and manage IT projects aimed to support the multi channel business of the bank. My duties vary from the definition of project objectives to the management of the work group and the project itself. I coordinate different resources, internal or external in order to guarantee that the projects reach all their objectives.
My job experience and my studies have always been characterized by a deep and strong passion and by a constant will to learn and grow professionally. For this reason, I am in search of a work opportunity that could permit me to continue my professional career with a high profile and that could permit me to leverage on my experiences to reach higher professional levels towards management positions.
I would be really motivated in continuing to work in the financial sector, in fact I’m actively trying to find opportunities in a big international financial firm or bank.

In these days I’m involved in the projects of convergence and migration to a new information system of the bank group.
