I develop business and political networking strategies for SERENUS CONSEIL's customers that wish to secure or start up a business project in Turkey. These projects are mostly related to key sectors such as ITC or electronic security and defence systems or transportation.
It consists first of all in contact development with political and bureaucratic institutions that play a key role in coordinating or representing interests when such projects are developed. It also demands to set up a strong PR base to make sure the image of your customer is under control.

We contribute to the French Turkish dialogue both on a sectoral base as an editor of a private security review in Turkish, in publishing articles in the French and Turkish press and diffusing a strategic bulletin in French and Turkish where we present strategic viewpoints from key leaders and academics.
I am also a member of ABHABER - www.abhaber.com - in an effort to promote the dialogue efforts between EU countries and Turkey.

I value working in Turkish directly to secure a better integration and a better mutual understanding in the project development process.
As part as my mission as director of our liaison office in Turkey I have developed a strong methodology to operate research and networking strategies, and recruited a team of young local talented professionals to operate it.
