Gruppo Cordenons SpA is an Italian Paper group specialised in producing High Value Added Graphic Papers world-wide. With a sales turnover of approx. €300 million and a production capacity of 90,000 tonnes, it holds a major position in supplying the Luxury Packaging, Converters and Advertising sectors.

As a Product Lines Manager, the mission was to create and develop the Technical and Security Papers world-wide:

-Responsible for the sales and development of technical and security products worldwide.
-Development of a new innovative range of technical papers.
-Sales development of security papers: communication with national and private security printers.
-Answers to public tenders on security papers.
-Management and organisation of technical trials
-Follow ups and Sales management –Invoicing, payments, claims…

Overseas Operations Sales Manager
Formerly a subsidiary of International Paper, Lana Manufacture de Papier has become independent thanks to an MBO in 2001. It produces high quality graphic, technical and security papers sold world-wide. It recorded a turnover of €35 million and a production of 15,000 tonnes of paper.

Export Sales Manager: Graphic, technical and Security papers
-Development and strengthening of sales in Asia, Africa, Australia, etc.
-Recruitment and setting up of agents
-Prospecting, openings of new markets
-Market studies – Management of presentation for new products as well as marketing meeting
-Interface technical/commercial – understanding and summary of customers’ needs, capacity to translate them in technical terms in accordance with the industrial requirements
-Field prospecting
-Management of a subsidiary transfer : Inventory, stock transfer
