Functional Expert - Global Project Manager

- Plan and conduct the analysis of end-to-end processes with the intent to improve some combination of quality, cost, or timeliness linked to Finance and Accounting Firm-wide. - Function as a liaison to various stakeholders to assess business processes/workflows, document and evaluate business requirements, and identify, assess and recommend cost-effective solutions to address business challenges. - Build and maintain expertise in finance, technology, and business processes needed to provide expert support to agreed service levels with internal clients - Syndicate with Firm Accounting and local office accounting management to identify and prioritize systems initiatives and issues. - Find/Develop solutions that can be implemented (and measured) Firm-wide. - Provide additional user-facing activities (such as running usability testing or defining feature sets) on an as-needed basis. | |
