International Luxury Retail Services (ILRS) and their international team have been specialising in freelance missions with various luxury and retail groups in Europe and the USA since 2006.


ILRS provides branding strategies, full market and locations analysis to their partners and clients.


ILRS improves management performance and service quality through the following areas:

ILRS has a large network of UK and international partners, who they bring together on various projects, such as; visual merchandisers, designers, fashion brands (including luxury accessories, high-end fashion), the beauty industry and professional photographers (www.christophecohen.com and www.aniphotography.com amongst others).

ILRS and their partners organised succesfully various events and catwalks, including shows during: New York Fashion Week, London Fashion Week and Paris Fashion Week.

Opening of three new concession including Printemps Haussmann and in Printemps chaine with project of openings in Printemps Andora and Dubai.

Reorganisation of the American branch in association with local Agent (Retail & Wholesale) increase of +9%

Creation of new corners and concessions with the main US Department Stores;
Nieman Marcus, Bergdorf & Goodman, Barneys and Macy’s.

Reorganisation of the Japanese licence and development of the Asian Retail: Hong Kong, Seoul with projects of new stores openings.

2005 results: Retail Europe +28%, US +21%, Asia +11%, Department Stores +27%, Outlets +11% and Global Retail +14%, Global Wholesale +9% (all figures compared to N-1).

2003 - 2004 : Clerma SA-Robert Clergerie Group

In charge of the European Retail department of the Clergerie Group: introduction of new marketing strategies, services and selling methods (internet sales, improvement of the customer’s approach, mailing, phoning…) reorganisation of the stores product’s selection, improvement of the merchandising and of the management and staff quality of the stores, which result in an increase of +17% of the sales in the first year.

Opening of a concession in Galerie Lafayette Haussmann.

-1998- Management and development of the store in the West End (+11% the first year): Organizing store events, expanding clients base with personal client list and promoting client loyalty by working out and following a budget and action plans.


-1999- Opening of a second store in Chelsea, London:
Search for the right location, negotiation of the contract, and supervision of building work. Recruitment and training of the new team

-2000- Development of distribution of the Robert Clergerie Group ranges all over the UK +55% the first season (A/W 2000) and first introduction ever of the Brand in Ireland (S/S 2001) and re-introduction in all the major Department Stores (Harrod’s, Selfridges, Liberty…)

-2001- Creation of the Robert Clergerie UK Press Office:
VIP’s product endorsement (Madonna, Kylie Minogue, Robbie Williams, Anne Robinson… The Oscars, BAFTA, MOMO, Sketch…)
Editorials (Times, Vogue, Instyle, BBC, ITV…)
Organisation of Press Open Days and Presentation of the collections to the Clientele

-2002- Opening of a third branch in Bicester Village.
One year of negotiation with American group “Value Retail”. Supervision of the opening: building work and recruitment.
