Undertake a total overhaul of the group information systems in order to be able to anticipate, react and adapt to the market fluctuation and evolution

Deployment of a specific development based on PDA to allow sale forces to check presence and price of TERRAILLON products (and of its competitors) on the shelves and to transmit the information to the headquarter

In charge of the IT matters of the ISO9001 (version 2000) certification as obtained by the company in 2005

Information Systems Director

LE FIL CONDUCTEUR was one of the leading French call center services provider with more than 500 on and of site employees (absorbed in 2004 by ARMATIS)

Mission :
Responsible of both functional and technical information systems definition and implementation, as well as critical areas such as staff hiring, external service provider selection, contracting and supervision, R&D, change management and training, reporting on operational and financial performance, customer satisfaction, capacity and strategic planning.

Objectives :
Set up a versatile hardware and software platform able to adapt to customers needs quite in real time and to deliver all necessary information.
Reduce downtime to an acceptable level (less than 1%)

Actions taken
Implementation of ASPECT (ACD, CTI) system and of a dot net development workshop. Platform resources can be shared from any remote area with just a wan connection.
Implementation of monitoring mechanisms supervising all critical network and server parameters allowing anticipating of more than 80% of potential incidents that would have led to service interruption.

IT and Telecommunications Manager

SALUSTRO REYDEL is one of the leading French audit firms with more than 800 employees, representing RSM International in France (merged with KPMG in 2005).

Mission :
During 11 years of duty in an audit firm missions are many and varied. In 89 the firm had 40 computers; in 2000 it had 800 computers and 20 servers. The goal was to provide auditors with the best technology to help them to complete their missions.
