As a Project manager, my objectives are to oversee the day-to-day smooth running of projects, from the commissioning to the final presentation to the client by:
- Carrying out all phases of a study: questionnaire design and programming, analysis of the data and preparation of presentation, report and recommendation in line with the strategic business issue
- Ensuring that the assigned projects are optimally carried out and deadlines are met
- Ensuring a good and efficient collaboration with fieldwork agencies
- Independent management of client contact during day to day project management
