- advisor on production unit of horticultural crops with 75 Cambodian farmers and 10 field assistants

- assistance to Community Development Unit in participatory approaches and technical support to trainings (300 families targeted)
- assistance to the Project Manager in contacts and proposal drafting for donors. One project accepted and financed by AIF.
