=> Performance & Risks Analysis (Local and Consolidated P&L, Working capital, Provisions, Capex, Non-financial perfomance KPIs).

=> Communication on Performance with Asia Pacific and Corporate headquarters.

=> Other responsibilities: Risk management & control processes related to Intellectual Property, Corp. management fees and expatriate costs.
