The edition of exploitation software I-SIS (information itil-système of the Services), is the fruit of our 16 years of experiences in the industrialization of the integration processes, of placement in production and of exploitation. Endowed with an Interface Man Machines simple and intuitive exploitation of all type of applications in heterogenous infrastructures, I'S IF allows the personnel non-expert to have access to solutions of preventive interventions (purge, safeguard,...) and reactive (put back in service, flows revival,...)) intuitive and reassured. Besides the exploration functions central and detailed of the services and the supply of a referential one of exploitation of the body of the applications of the information System, I'S IF, allows intervening and to execute the integrated procedures (to stop, start up, purge, safeguard, rule, …) so notably to warn or resolve incidents and to put back in service of the applications without specific expertise. Beyond the maintenance in operational condition of the applications and therefore productivity of the business, I'S IF while assuring the tracking of the body of the realized actions through his interface, offers to the experts the elements reliable and precise diagnosis to resolve the problems and avoid the reproduction of incidents.
