- Advising the Management on all activities related to : IT & Biotech Venture Capital, Expansion Capital, Private Equity Fund of Fund (€1.2Bn of assets under management – 80 stakes in Venture Capital)
- Writing risk analysis reports at each step over an investment lifespan : investment, refinancing /non refinancing, trade sale, restructuring
- Business plan review, start-up valuation analysis
- Preparing and running the Risk committee (three times per year), portfolio review: monitoring and reporting on investee businesses, identifying risk within portfolio companies (cash, operational risk etc), preparing and presenting action plans, fund performance analysis
- Reviewing companies valuation methods / implementing new accounting standards (fair value)
- Monitoring and reporting on Private Equity Fund of Funds

Sector: Venture Capital, LBOs and Private Equity

Franfinance, Société Générale Group – Retail Banking Credit Analyst – Medium sized companies

Financial analysis in order to grant medium and long term loans to finance operations such as :
- Set-ups and company sales (financing equity purchasing)
- Acquisitions, financing right to lease
- Real estate operations (financing commercial premises)
- Financing equipment (credit or leasing)

Choosing appropriate bank-loan guarantees

Presenting financing operations to the Credit Committee to finalize decisions

Negotiating with the retail bank (client representatives, bank branch managers etc) on terms of credit, financial feasibility and guarantees
