Aiming at founding my own business,in September 2007 I have started a Master degree in Technology Ventures in a joint venture programme established in 2000 between London Business School and University College London, to promote entrepreneurship in science and technology.
I am writing a business plan to develop a business related to Electronic Medical Records (EMR). Doing so, I developed marketing skills and have a good knowledge of the customer and technical needs for EMR. Indeed, I had to meet my potential customers and discuss the product features with them, I was also in touch with hospitals representatives in Asia, health care consultants and third-parties. In addition, I gained advanced knowledge in Strategic Management for Information & Communication Technology and high-tech organisations.
I have now hands-on experience in starting a business, getting innovative ideas in existing organisations, develop proper stategy in ICT start-ups.
