• Gas storage plant compressor commissioning (2*6MW)
• Gas transportation station; Installation and commissioning of 2*12MW compressors driven by variable speed motors. Commissioning to be completed in Oct. 2008

In charge of technical issues relating to pumps, compressors, gas turbine for compression station and power generation projects:
• Writing the specification and data sheet
• Sizing of the equipment based on the process design
• Preparing the material requisition with all technical documents and requirements and issuing the request for quotes
• Following the field installation and all site activities relating to rotating equipments

Sector: Petroleum - Exploration - Production - Refining

Responsible for the site management of a 8 compression stations project
Final client: National Iranian Oil Company
80 Compressors – 4 Millions USD site turnover:
• Management duty: GE representative on site in front of the client (schedule, contract items). Defining guidelines and objectives for mechanical, instrumentation and automation supervisors subcontracted by GE.
• Technical duty: In charge of compressor Start-up, responsible of technical aspects. Involved in HSE, ensuring that HSE situation on site is in compliance with GE standards.

Sector: Petroleum - Exploration - Production - Refining

Responsible for centrifugal compressor (compression stations, petrochemical industry) and steam turbine start up. Commissioning lube oil system, instrumentation, automation system. Involved in anti-surge tuning, process feedback control, performance test, field balancing and also in mechanical steps such as checking alignment and pipe positioning, replacing bearing and dry gas seal. Troubleshooting and investigating machinery failure.

Sector: Petroleum - Exploration - Production - Refining

In charge of the whole commissioning of Francis turbine and pump turbine (up to 300MW) and auxiliaries such as pumps, compressors, vessels, governing system, lube oil systems, mechanical parts (such as guide vane, cylindrical valve 6m diameter, spherical valve 4m diameter, shaft seal), instrumentation.
In relation with the mechanical supervisor, managing local team.
Discussing design office: troubleshooting, modification and improvement proposals

Chicoasen, MEXICO : 3 Francis turbines - 320MW – 9 months
Alqueva, PORTUGAL : 2 Pump turbines – 130MW – 8 months
