Responsible for monthly, quarterly and year-end closing of financial statements, and key contact for the year-end audit.

Monthly reporting to senior management and parent company:
- Financials statements, cash flow and update of year-end forecast.
- Overall and detailed analysis of monthly P&L, YTD vs. last year and budget.

In charge of annual, quarterly and monthly budgeting and forecast.

Manage, audit and review all new and current financial and legal contracts / expenses.

Supervise all accounting functions / departments (general ledger, A/R, A/P and bank reconciliations) and HR functions (Payroll, Benefits, Cobra, ...).

Sector: Textile - Clothing - Accessories

Preparation of the financial statements and monthly reporting to the parent company.

Annual and monthly budgeting and forecast.

Responsible for cash management. Oversee tax planning.

Ensure all policies and procedures are followed.

Responsible for consolidation and reporting to the U.S. Department of Commerce.

Provide support for American investors and responsible for SEC relations (ADR program).
