Since I started working, continuous improvement is my leitmotiv.
The desire to always do better, to work directly or indirectly, by changing organizations, improving joint profitability, but also working conditions (reducing the harshness) have always been at the heart of my concerns.
Very sensitive to the human dimension that is so important in our service professions, I attach a great importance to the diversity and richness of developed and future contacts(customer, supplier, employee, higher). I like to provoke group dynamics, win membership by consensus and not by force. In short, establish a participatory and pragmatic management system but requiring to increase the skill level of those around me.
My precept:
Knowledge is not a vulgar material. It never comes to exhaustion. Rather, it always increases through the dissemination of knowledge.
