o Implementation of ERP Precix and logistics tools
o Creation and implementation of stock management systems
o Implementation of logistics organisation (zoning, team organisation and definition of staff responsibilities)
o Staff training about ERP Precix and MS office
· Purchase management and procurement, stock: as at Jeanrichard (see below)

o Production and logistics flow analysis
o Implementation of logistics organisation (zoning and team organisation)
o Implementation of ERP tools with IT department
o Implementation of polyvalent logistics team
o Staff training about logistics tools and MS office
o Liaison with IT department

· Purchase management and procurement
o MRP analysis (from procurement analysis to delivery date confirmation to sales department)
o Liaison with suppliers (purchase negotiations, follow up of deliveries and meeting the deadlines)
o Communicating with marketing and sales department
o Budget forecasting (information collection and calculation)
o Follow up of the billing (liaison with account department)

· Stock
o Stock management

o Follow up the production (workload/capacity calculation, priorities, launch and follow up production orders)
o Follow up new product first production
o Communicating with production department
