The thin red line of my career, until now, has been spent developing and implementing projects. I was just 26 years old when I create my first company, and I sold my shares at 30 to join the factoring Business.
I was first in charge of developing new type of factoring contracts like “Reverse factoring” and Back to back.
Then I join the FORTIS group to develop from scratch the French subsidiary. When I left, ten years after the volume of receivables handled by the company had reached more than 1.2 billion Euros.
Independent consultant since then, in the US for a while and specialized in Internal Control, I am convinced that Process Development is a key element of Company organization. I have used that methodology while leading The Fortis factoring subsidiary in Paris.
The Process Development Methodology I am presently developing right now is pragmatic and based on experience and facts.
