Context: financial reporting system (risk analysis, performance reporting, ...) in a intranet portal

Goal: I was in charge of the "Contribution module" of the plateform (improvements of the application, production support)

Project: within a team of twenty engineers, specification and implementation of the main improvments of the "Contribution module". Its purpose is to allow financial analysts to comment the reports to generate. These comments must repsect a specific format (validity period, edition parameters, ...), can be customized by specifying "contribution templates" and are integrated in a worflow system to validate them.

Main achievements:
- general specification analysis / redaction of the detailled specification
- generalization of the system by allowing one contribution to be associated with multiple funds
- addition of a simple annotation system for some of the modules of the portal
- participation in the "role manager subsystem" implementation. Its main goal is to define a scope, based one some rules, in which the users can see or manipulate some of the system objects (funds, contributions, documents, ...).

Project technologies: Java/JEE, Struts/Tiles, JSP, ANT/Maven2, Ajax (ajaxanywhere, sweetdevRIA), Tomcat/Websphere, Sybase.

Context: web portal and "content manager plateform" for 2.5G, 3G and 3.5G technologies

Goal: implementation of the main improvments of the different applications of the "audio & video service plateform"

Project: within a team of twenty engineers, specification and implementation of the Orange marketing's requests concerning the web portal, the content manager module and the statistics plateform.

Main achievements:
- implementation of a content overlay system which allows content managers to stop the broacasting of a video during a certain period of time
- improvements of the payment system
- generalization of the content programming system
- production support for the statistic module
- improvements for the HSDPA (3G+) integration
- participation in the project quality program
- support on another project based on the eXtreme Programming principles (pair programming, Test Driven development, unit/acceptance test, refactoring)
