The society Jet Metal Technologies is specialized in metal coating solutions. The process allows to metallize substrates of unspecified nature (plastics, ceramics, metals or glasses). As an engineer process, I have some different tasks :
+ Development of JetMetal™ Process
+ Realisation of metallization tests, redaction of analysis rapports, validation of chemical process
+ Production management
+ Contacts with suppliers and customers
+ Technical assistance
+ Participation at the R&D development


Before this experiment, I choose my internships so as to work about the surface of materials. Thus, I successively had to develop two tests of corrosion, to do research on the different ways of preparing the surface of polymer materials, and to study the relationship between roughness, surface energies and grip of paint. Finally, I joined a process engineers' staff in order to securitize a chemical vapor deposition process (security increases from 20 to 70% in 6 months).
