Arrived in Spain in May 2007, and now actively looking for a position in IT/CRM in Madrid. ;-)

OK, I worked in USA for 14 years:
in Telecoms for 7 years (Nortel), then in start-up companies in Web and Internet technology (VoIP, wireless ISP, mobile applications), then back in a large company (Seagte) after acquisition of the last start-up I worked for.

I have a broad experience covering the overall software and product development cycle, from PRD to MRD and Release management, to QA and field trial, customer installations and training to customer account management, pre-sales and post-sales (technical support).

I am now very interested in pursuing technical marketing opportunities, centered around CRM and company-wide customer service, ranging from Pre-sales & Marketing campaings to Technical Support and Post-sales support (e.g. reverse logistics for warranty support)

Part of the Branded Solutions Product Management team, I was in charge of customer relationship management issues, primarily with Seagate's customer data for PreSales, Marketing (web presence), Product Registration and Technical Support.

Also providing product management support for the Mirra Personal Server (htpp://www.mirra.com)

First technical support engineer in team Mirra, supporting revolutionary backup server (hardware, software and web service = see http://www.mirra.com).

Enabled support team to handle growing user base as product became mainstream.
