Anzhelika Kvernadze

I am a Senior Consultant in Deloitte & Touche RCS (Moscow office) since October 2005. My primary areas of focus include development of competitive business strategy, market entry strategy and organizational design for financial institutions.
My work focuses on Russian and international financial institutions (retail, corporate and investment banks). It's strategic and operational in nature and encompasses generating analytical information about customers and markets. My projects include competitive strategy development and preparation of market research within the financial services industry, market segmentation, product development, pricing, process improvement, organizational restructuring, business processes reengeneering, outsourcing and competitive benchmarking.
Prior to join Deloitte I worked for leading financial institutions in Russia and France.
I hold an MBA degree in International Finance from ESLSCA Business School in Paris.
