•Coordinate v-team (Partner account managers and T-partner account managers)
oIncreasing sales activation of non managed partners thru telesales activities
oDriving managed partners sales activation in conjunction with account managers
oSupport account managers and resellers in closing deals acting as a link with the distribution team
•Creating and implement recruiting activities in order to achieve partner program targets
•Work with internal and external actors to develop regular communication to Partner Community
•Cooperate with channel & customers marketing teams to measure the effectiveness of specific activities and ROI
•Work with EMEA Organization ensuring that sales & marketing incentive programs and promos are structured, measurable and aligned with all the specific requirements
•Business analysis. Review actual achievement vs. targets on a weekly basis. Report and high level documentation for the management team
•Act as escalation point for partners and prospects complaint

•Define and manage partner website contents
•Develop and execute Partner Community communications
•Coordinate external agencies in the creation of marketing materials and other on-off line collaterals
•Support all relevant team finalizing partner and customer facing web projects
•Organize field event all over Italian territory. Direct business relation with partners defining and implementing co-marketing projects
