After 14 years in Industrial Management fields, including 8 in Asia, I acquired a rich experience in large industrial, multicultural, operational and functional teams management, in terms of change management, international project management, continuous improvement management, as well as strong skills in Quality (6 Sigma), Manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing), Supply Chain (including ERPs, namely SAP), Purchasing, Methods, Industrialization and Maintenance.
