-Perform trainings and coaching of Quality/Mechanical/Electrical engineers (mainly in Europe and China)
-Member of the Design for Six Sigma at Siemens VDO program


I am dealing with BMW projects whom the objective is to increase the sensors reliability thanks to the implementation of reliability tests in production such as Highly Accelerated Screening Stress for instance.

-Manage crisis with BMW due to bad quality of delivered products
-Manage quality activities and investigations of the root causes
-Prepare and present reporting to the Task Force driving by the Director of the plant on a weekly basis
