I am responsible for Quality methods and tools within Sensor Division worldwide. -Member of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) initiative (Process Architecture definition - Business type) as Project Manager for Requirement Engineering/Engineering and Verification and Validation Process areas -Support development teams worldwide with methods such as DMADV/DMAIC process -Embed dependability issue (ISO 26262) into Product development and launch process -Perform trainings and coaching of Quality/Mechanical/Electrical engineers (mainly in Europe and China) -Member of the Design for Six Sigma at Siemens VDO program I am dealing with BMW projects whom the objective is to increase the sensors reliability thanks to the implementation of reliability tests in production such as Highly Accelerated Screening Stress for instance. | |
