* Developing Reports using Oracle Discoverer and Oracle Reports
* Analyzing problems of ERP users, developing solutions or contacting the Oracle Global Support Team (Metalink – TAR)
* Providing End-user training on reporting tools (Discoverer)

* Responsible for reporting to the abroad country head offices' staff on the support center activities
* In charge of resolution of operational and process issues
* Analyzing and developing solutions to improve operational processes
* Providing training to new staff members on CRM software use (Siebel)
* Providing technical support for notebooks and PDAs and responsible for logging data in CRM software
