I've started a new position in december as Study IT engineer.
first step : qualify softs around OLAP / datawarehouse / dataminer in Aix en Provence (South East of France)
second step : assist (technical and functional support) users during the receipt phasis, in Nantes (North/West of France)
third step : discuss about anomalies, upgrades, enhancements found by them ..... then follow their workflow till their closure.
2005-2006 : STMicroelectronics where I managed during one year and enhanced also Planning reporting tools. (With new Business Object reports, optimized excel datasheets, and new access queries...)
2003-2005 : worked for JCDecaux as student, I passed as Master of e-logistics
1994-2003 : ThyssenKrupp Materials France as Stocks Controller. trainer. pricing tools administrator.
