Anne-Laure B.

Anne-Laure is currently CFO in MicroCred Sénégal in Dakar, the first Microfinance Institution of MicroCred in West-Africa.

She had previously worked for PlaNet Finance as Administrator of Planet Rating department (today Planet Rating SA), a rating agency specialised in Microfinance Institutions (MFI).
Then she spent 2 years in Slovakia as Risk and Business Manager of the Renault network of car dealers. During her stay in Bratislava, she carried out small consulting assignments for Integra, a slovak MFI, and worked at distance wit the Microfinance Center in Warsaw and Planet Finance.
After a mission in Afghanistan for a French medical NGO, Aide Medicale Internationale, where she was in charge of the finance and administration of the Afghan projects, she joined the MicroCred team to take part in the creation of its first MFI in Veracruz, Mexico, where she managed the finance department of the institution.

Anne-Laure hold a Master's degree from ESCP French Business School and speaks fluently English, French, German, Spanish and Polish.

She usually takes a break by playing the piano, or sailing if she finds herself close enough to the sea.
