CSI is a company specialized in the production of low cost catalytic coatings for filter substrates that convert pollutants into innocuous compounds. CSI targets a wide range of environmental markets but its largest application is the catalytic converter for gasoline and diesel engines.
• Management of the diesel filters development:
Team supervision: Plan, direction and coordination of R&D works, providing technical leadership and guidance to ensure that objectives would be accomplished within prescribed schedule and budgetary conditions - Interactions with different filters and chemicals suppliers - Development of scale-up plans with production team.
• Management of customer relationship (with Honda, Ford, GM, Renault, PSA…):
Market analysis - Close work with customer teams to meet expectations - Building of lasting relationships through regular presentations on CSI’s products evolution and customization.
• Business development analysis:
Identification of business opportunities - Elaboration of business development strategies.
