My mission as a functionnal consultant consists un supervising the implementation or the update of PM in SAP. My interventions may happen at any moment of a projetc : analyse and formalizethe customers and users needs, propose most adequates solutions, participate in implementation (supervising development, settings) and support the client.

ASTRE evolution project

Participation in the pre-implementation phase until the end of the first run :
- change management,
- control of changes needed and qualification,
- determining the perimeter of materials,
- follow-up of the errors to be corrected during the running phase.
