Global T/O approx £1.25B Joined Esprit GB Limited as Finance Manager UK Intrumental part of the team that opened 8 owned stores and many franchise partners stores. Responsible for all Legal matters, Lease/Rent matters, HR, Finance, Insurance and general company administration. Turnover rose from £7M to approx £38M. Variable overheads decreased, stock holdings decreased and cash repatriated to head office increased. Made considerable cost savings through both sourcing of better suppliers and also through better organisation of tasks among the existing employees. | |

Responisble for all legal, propery, insurance, cash management and day to day finance issues. Including imports and export LC's. Whilst at Price's i was responsible for preparing for the external parties due diligence work in relation to a takeover by an Italian company, who subsequently retained me as the Financial Controller to prepare new reporting packages and resolve lease issues on all 18 retail stores. I also mediated in a dispute between the former owner of Price's and the new Italian parent company. Stock holding rationalised by SKU reducing stock level by approx £1M, implemented reporting package following take over by Italian Parent Co. | |

I was offered a partnership with the new firm after less than one year. I declined the offer to take a position in industry at Price's. | |

I began as a junior as finished as the office manager Whilst employed at Terrells I completed all but the last exams in my qualification. My final role there was to assist with the due diligence for Clark Howes with a view to the two companies merging. | |
