Achievements:
· Developed Garden Centre, Hardware and Supermarket channels in France (€1,75m). Extended French key account contracts into Spain, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Greece, Poland.
·Grew sales to €2.7m in France over 2 years and established the company as the brand of reference in key channels.

Brief : Reporting to the group CEO, a brief to restructure the existing European division within the scenario of a corporate restructure. The Dutch subsidiary was a formerly acquired Benelux and German distributor.

Achievements :
· Increased see-thru margins 12% via product rationalisation, brand repositioning and direct distribution.
· With sales of £7,5m, headcount reduced to 15 and cash flow improved, the division was returned to profit.

Brief : a) Reporting to the PLC board, global business development & co-ordination of new tableware strategy as part of $30M joint venture investment in a new factory in Jakarta.

Achievements: Opened up new market segments world-wide: Developed $15m of sales over 2 years. EBIT $2,9m.

Brief: b) Direction of the Asia sales office (Hong Kong) and market management of the region.

Achievements: Extended direct distribution in Asia. Opened retail outlets in the region and increased TO to £2.5m.
