Kenkko is one of the largest trading houses in the world specialising in nuts, seeds, and dried fruits, trading over 50,000 tonnes/year, divided into a broker department, and a department where Kenkko acts as principals. I started as Operations and General Office Assistant in the broker department. My aim within this company was to become an strong member of the logisitics team. After 5 months, I replaced my direct logistic manager in the broker departement for 4 months during her absence and was made exclusively responsible for the whole USA sunflowerseeds market in Spain.
