MY POSITION:

Legal Counsel for France, Belgium and Switzerland (since January 2003):
- Set-up and maintenance of the internal/administration management/organization of the local Legal Department;
- Drafting and approvals of IT contracts, negotiations with clients, management of templates (such as license to use, services, OEM, reseller, managed services)
- Drafting and negotiation of other non business types of agreement for several Departments such as Finance, Procurement and Marketing;
- Handle of legal matters related to software company: intellectual property rights, data protection, consumer protection, competition law in collaboration with Marketing and Sales Departments;
- Processing of matters related to Ethics and Compliance (provision of trainings, investigations);
- Co European supervisor of the set-up of the Internet Site for online sales (compliance with European countries regulations);
- Involvement in task forces (implementation of SAP, licensing templates drafting).
