- Maintain and document tradeshow expenses.
- Coordinate various reports relating to trade show summaries and marketing events.
- Communicate with sales managers to assist with trade show logistics and conduct follow-up reporting.
- Perform administrative duties such as, budgeting, and maintenance of trade show schedule on the company calendar
- Supervise creation of the show directory, mailers and other promotional supports


Work directly with and assisting the CEO on the North American promotional marketing strategy for two major international fashion trade shows : Premiere Vision and Premiere Vision New York.
