Mission in the HR department (Training): management of a training design project for the launch of a new life insurance product.
- Project Management (definition and reporting on the objectives, scope and schedule of the project, weekly meetings…)
- Design of the training (meetings to collect data and identify the clients expectations, co-design with representatives of the recipients, realisation of the training tools and follow-up during the training period)

Sector: Organization and Strategy

Training period in the Human Resources department:
- Project on age management (benchmarking, organization of meetings, statistical and sociological studies about Air France's senior population)
- Centralization of the reflections on the transposition of the legal obligation to conduct a professional interview every 2 years
- Competences development (design of an Excel interactive dictionary of competences)

Training period at the Headquarters in Germany in the Human Resources department (organization of professional trainings and intern seminars, recruitment of trainees) and in the PR department (relations with the press, organization of press-conferences and fairs).
